Cookie Production Line Workflow

Complete workflow:

  • Mix the dough in an automatic mixer.
  • Press and slice the dough.
  • Send the dough to the forming unit via a lifting conveyor.
  • Drum forming and shaping.
  • Send the dough to the tunnel oven via a pre-baking conveyor.
  • Bake via a three-zone electronically controlled tunnel oven.
  • Transfer after baking and perform crumb separation.
  • Spray oil to improve taste.
  • Cooling and oil draining system.
  • Calibrate and pack.
