Complete workflow:
- Mix the dough in an automatic mixer.
- Press and slice the dough.
- Send the dough to the forming unit via a lifting conveyor.
- Drum forming and shaping.
- Send the dough to the tunnel oven via a pre-baking conveyor.
- Bake via a three-zone electronically controlled tunnel oven.
- Transfer after baking and perform crumb separation.
- Spray oil to improve taste.
- Cooling and oil draining system.
- Calibrate and pack.
