On October 16th, our WX Team welcomed a customer from Angola. This customer had previously purchased our ice cube and cotton candy vending machines and had expressed interest in visiting us. We agreed on a suitable date and arranged a special reception. That same day, three members of the WX Team went to Xinzheng Airport to meet and greet this customer.
Upon arrival, we arranged a detailed tour of the company. The client expressed strong interest in our company layout. Following the tour, we invited him to our reception room for a meeting to discuss product details and future collaborations. During the meeting, we discussed the client’s needs and usage scenarios in detail, providing him with professional answers and technical support.
After the meeting, the client and our WX Team took a group photo together to capture this joyful moment of collaboration. To help the client better understand Henan culture, we specially arranged a dinner for them, showcasing local specialties. The client raved about the traditional Henan cuisine and expressed satisfaction with our hospitality. The entire trip was a complete success, deepening our partnership and laying the foundation for future collaborations.
