Working Principle of the Meatball Forming Machine

First, the prepared meat mixture is loaded into the hopper. The machine then uses a pressure system to drive the material downward. Guided by the forming mold, the meat mixture is extruded and cut into round meatballs.

The control panel allows for speed adjustments to meet varying production requirements. Meatball size is determined by the mold, and changing the mold enables the production of different types of meatballs. Once formed, the meatballs are discharged from the outlet and can proceed directly to a cooking tank, cooling system, or packaging line.
