Working Principle of the Spring Roll Wrapper Machine
Batter Supply System: A speed-controlled system automatically pumps liquid batter into the forming unit.
Rotary Drum Coating: The machine applies batter to the surface of a high-temperature rotating baking drum.
High-Temperature Baking: The drum is heated to a set temperature (up to 480°C), rapidly cooking the batter and forming a thin sheet.
Peeling System: Once baked, the wrapper is automatically peeled from the drum surface without tearing.
Conveying and Discharge: The finished spring roll wrappers are discharged via a conveyor belt for subsequent processing.
The machine utilizes an SSR temperature control system with a precision of ±1°C. This design ensures uniform heating of the wrappers, preventing both scorching and undercooking.
Thickness Adjustment
The spring roll wrapper machine supports a thickness adjustment range of 0.28–0.6mm. In addition to spring roll wrappers, it can produce various specifications of wrappers and other flat dough-based products.
