On October 9, 2025, our PX team warmly welcomed a client from the United States who had previously purchased several of our vending machines, a fast food trailer, and food delivery robots. After communicating with our product manager, the client decided to visit our company in person to gain a deeper understanding of our product performance and technological advantages.
As arranged, the client arrived at the company on October 10th and toured the premises accompanied by our team. To better answer the client’s questions, the product manager engaged in in-depth product communication and exchange with the client, discussing details regarding product customization, technical support, and future cooperation. Through this meeting, both parties reached a consensus on important matters such as specific product specifications, production processes, and delivery times, successfully finalizing their future cooperation plan.
After the meeting, the team members took a group photo with the clients and enjoyed Chinese food in the area.
After the discussions concluded, to allow the client to better experience traditional Chinese culture, the team led them on a tour of Mount Song. While appreciating the Chinese culture and natural scenery, the client expressed great satisfaction with the quality of our company’s products and services.
This reception not only deepened the cooperative relationship between the two parties but also laid a solid foundation for long-term cooperation in the future. The client highly praised our company’s overall performance and looks forward to carrying out more cooperative projects in the near future.
