Production Process of Donut Production Line

  1. Raw Material Pre-treatment: Weigh the raw materials according to the formula and add them to the mixer. The equipment uses a rotating spiral mixing paddle to mix the raw materials into dough.
  2. Conveying and Shaping: The conveyor sends the donuts into the shaping machine, and the machine uses a mold or rotary cutting method to form them into the preset shape.
  3. Baking: The conveyor moves the shaped donuts into the oven for baking, and you can set the oven temperature as needed.
  4. Cooling and Draining: After baking, the donuts are conveyed to the cooling zone. Cold air circulation quickly cools them down, removing excess oil from the surface.
  5. Finished Product Packaging: The donuts are conveyed to the packaging area, where the packaging machine bags, seals, and labels them.
