Our Coffee Production Line is suitable for specialty coffee shops, commercial roasting plants, and coffee brands. It integrates green bean pre-processing, roasting, destoning, grading, and packaging into a single process, with a standard capacity of 500 kg/h.

Based on customer needs, we can expand with additional functional modules, including color sorting, smoke and dust removal, and nitrogen packaging, achieving standardized processing throughout the entire process from raw material warehousing to finished product packaging. A mature coffee production line is not only related to production efficiency, but also directly affects the quality of coffee beans. Feel free to contact us for a quote! Coffee Production Line Workflow
- Green Bean Pre-treatment and Sieving: Cleaning, impurity removal, and grading of green beans.
- Peeling and Hulling: Applicable to fresh or dried coffee.
- Roasting: Light, medium, and dark roasts are achieved using a drum roaster.
- Destoning: After roasting, density impurities are removed using a destoner.
- Grinding and Packaging: Grinding and nitrogen-filled packaging systems are configured according to customer requirements.
Features of Coffee Bean Making Equipment
Pre-processing System
- The cleaning and screening machine effectively removes stones, metal, branches, dust, and impurities, with multiple screens automatically grading by size.
- The pre-processing loss rate is approximately 1%–5%, mainly from impurities and defective beans.
- The color sorter can remove moldy, blackened, or otherwise problematic beans, improving the quality of the finished product.
Roasting System
- Employing a drum-type structure ensures uniform heat transfer.
- Primarily uses gas heating, offering sensitive temperature control, high calorific value, and excellent cost-effectiveness.
- The PLC intelligent control system can set and store multiple roasting curves, including light, medium, and dark roasts.
- The machine includes a built-in silverskin collector, and you can add an afterburner to meet environmental emission requirements.
- Roasting capacity reflects the amount of green beans you load, and roasted beans usually keep about 80–85% of the original green bean weight.
Post-processing System
- A 20kg roasted bean destoner removes stones using gravity differences, improving safety.
- A grading system can reprocess roasted beans.
Grinding System
- Both flat and conical cutter head grinders are available to suit different product positioning.
- Large diameter cutter heads combined with a low-speed design reduce grinding heat generation.
- Ion wind electrostatic suppression technology reduces dust flying and improves the quality of the working environment.

Advantages of Coffee Bean Processing Line
Packaging
- Optional nitrogen-filled packaging allows for vacuum sealing and nitrogen preservation, preventing oxidation.
- Suitable for small to medium-sized baking factories and brand-level fully automated packaging lines.
Automation
- Semi-automatic production lines require only 1-2 operators.
- Fully automatic lines enable unmanned continuous production and are more suitable for mass production factories.
Quality
- End-to-end impurity removal, grading, water control, and temperature control significantly reduce flavor fluctuations.
Process Requirements
- Simultaneously supports wet processing, dry processing, and processing of green or roasted beans.
Durable
- High-quality materials and structural design ensure long-term stable operation.

FAQ
Primarily gas-fired, electric heating can also be customized.
Batch roasting is suitable for premium and multi-variety products. Continuous roasting is suitable for large-scale standardized production.
The ideal moisture content for coffee beans is 10-12%. Too high a moisture content will result in uneven roasting and a sour taste, while too low a moisture content will lead to insufficient flavor development. We recommend using a moisture meter.
It is recommended to store coffee beans in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place, avoiding direct sunlight. The ideal temperature is 15-25℃, and the relative humidity is 50-60%.
