Dog Wash Vending Machine Cleaning Process

Users can directly select two preset modes via the touchscreen or by scanning a QR code:

• Standard Wash (5 minutes): Pre-wash → Foam Spray → Rinse
• Deep Wash (8 minutes): Pre-wash → Foam Spray → Gentle Scrubbing → Rinse → Conditioner Treatment

The entire process requires no parameter adjustments. The system provides voice prompts during operation.

Water Flow and Temperature Control

Water pressure and temperature affect a pet’s comfort and safety. This pet groomer uses an adaptive water flow system. The default gentle mode (<0.25MPa) provides a gentle clean. Large dogs can choose the powerful mode. Equipped with a 360° rotating nozzle, it can clean the back, abdomen, legs, and tail. The water temperature is automatically locked between 39–41°C, within the comfortable bathing temperature range for pets. The system reaches the preset temperature within one minute of startup. If the water temperature drops below 38°C or rises above 42°C, the machine will automatically shut off the water flow and sound an alarm to prevent scalding.

Shampoo and Conditioner Dispenser

This machine is equipped with two separate liquid tanks, each with a capacity of 300-500 ml. One tank holds shampoo, and the other holds conditioner. The automatic dispensing system allows users to select the pet’s size:

• Small (5 ml)
• Medium (8 ml)
• Large (12 ml)

The system will automatically dispense shampoo and conditioner. Pet owners do not need to bring their own products.

Cabin

Unlike enclosed cabin structures, this pet grooming vending machine features a spacious, open design suitable for pets weighing from 5 kg to 50 kg. From cats and poodles to Golden Retrievers and Labradors, the open structure reduces stress on pets, while side rails ensure safety. The bottom is lined with non-slip rubber mats and includes drainage holes.

Safety Protection System

This pet self-cleaning solution features multiple safety features. The scratch-resistant ABS shell protects against claw and bite injuries. All electrical components are IPX5 waterproof sealed. A red emergency stop button allows for immediate shutdown. Users can stop the machine immediately in case of pet agitation or machine malfunction.
