Meat Yield
Typically, one jin of shrimp yields 5 to 6 taels of shrimp meat, resulting in a very low loss rate. Under normal production conditions, there is virtually no significant waste of raw materials associated with the equipment.
Water System
The water system serves an auxiliary function during equipment operation. The water flow assists in moving the shrimp internally toward the peeling mechanism while simultaneously providing cleaning and lubrication by washing away impurities and residues.
Water Consumption
The equipment consumes approximately 1 ton of water per hour. An optional circulating water treatment system is available to enable water reuse through filtration and purification.
