  • Raw material pretreatment: Select high-quality tomatoes, and perform sorting, bubble washing, blanching, and air drying.
  • Crushing and pulping: Use a tomato crusher and a double-stage pulper to convert the tomatoes into a pulp.
  • Concentration and sterilization: Vacuum concentration removes moisture and increases the solids content. This is followed by high-temperature short-time sterilization.
  • Bottling and packaging: Quantitative filling, sealing, labeling, and coding are completed under high-temperature conditions, followed by finished product storage.
