Tomato Sauce Production Line Process

  1. Washing: Raw materials enter a bubble washing machine, where the combined action of water flow and high-pressure spraying thoroughly removes mud, impurities, and pesticide residues. The internal circulating water system effectively saves water and improves washing efficiency.
  2. Juicing: Washed tomatoes are conveyed to a juicer via an elevator. The equipment crushes and presses the tomatoes, separating the juice from the pulp.
  3. Cooking: The extracted tomato juice enters a planetary mixing pot, where it is heated and stirred to concentrate it into tomato sauce. The planetary mixing structure prevents scorching and ensures more even heating.
  4. Bottling: The filling machine automatically fills the cooked tomato sauce into precise quantities, making it suitable for various packaging formats such as glass bottles, tin cans, and plastic bottles.
  5. Sterilization: The filled tomato sauce enters a pasteurizer, where it undergoes sterilization treatment using high-temperature circulating water.
  6. Labeling: After sterilization and cooling, the packaged products are labeled.
  7. Coding: An inkjet printer prints the production date, batch number, and other information.
