Workflow

The entire frozen French fries production line is as follows:

  • Pre-washing and grading: The raw potatoes are first pre-washed to remove surface dirt. Then, they are graded according to size to ensure uniform processing in subsequent processes.
  • Feed cleaning: The pre-washed and graded potatoes are fed into the hopper elevator and conveyed to the brushing and peeling machine.
  • Picking and cutting: After washing, the potatoes are sent to the picking line for inspection. The high-quality potatoes are then fed into the imported slicer and cut into French fries.
  • De-edging and sorting: The cut French fries pass through the de-edging machine and the long and short French fries screening machine to remove any irregular fragments.
  • Rinse and blanching: The sorted French fries are rinsed in the rinser to remove residual peels and debris.
  • Air-cooled drying: The blanched French fries are cooled in the air-cooled drainer and then dried in the dryer to reduce the moisture content.
  • Frying and de-oiling: The dried French fries are fried in the frying line to the desired crispness. After frying, the French fries pass through the vibrating oil drainer to remove excess grease.
  • Quick-frozen packaging: The de-oiled French fries are quickly frozen in a quick freezer to maintain their freshness and quality.
