Working Principle of Horizontal Packaging Machine

Packaging film transport → Forming → Product transport → Sealing and cutting → Finished product discharge

Film Material Conveying and Positioning System

First, a servo-driven film feeding system pulls the packaging film from the roll. Photoelectric sensors detect printed marks in real time, ensuring pattern alignment with an error range controlled within ±0.3mm. The guide rollers then fold the film into a U-shaped channel, allowing the product to enter the forming area.

Longitudinal Sealing (Back Sealing)

The machine forms the film into a cylindrical packaging structure. The overlapping edges of the film are sealed by heated longitudinal sealing rollers. A PID temperature control system ensures heating, preventing overheating or film burn-out. In case of abnormalities, the machine automatically stops to protect the product and equipment.

Product Conveying and Positioning

The formed film tube is conveyed forward by a belt system. An encoder system controls the product spacing, ensuring consistent packaging length and alignment. For fragile products, a cushioning design prevents squeezing or deformation during transport.

Transverse Sealing and Cutting

The pneumatic sealing and cutting pliers seal the tail of the current product, forming the rear seal of the packaging. The rear sealing and cutting pliers seal the head of the next product, forming the front seal.
