In early June, Jeroen van Dijk, a client from the Netherlands, purchased 2 horizontal packing machines from our company to package raw beef slices and cheese sticks.

Customer Purchase Overview

Jeroen van Dijk is a purchasing manager at a company that processes hamburger patties and dairy-based snacks and supplies them to local supermarkets, convenience stores, and food distributors. During the initial consultation, he outlined the requirements: one machine for packaging raw beef slices with diameters ranging from 200 to 310 mm, and another for packaging cheese sticks (6 sticks per pack) that ensures reliable sealing quality. Additionally, the equipment must be constructed from stainless steel. During the video conference, we discussed the following aspects: product dimensions, packaging film requirements, production capacity, packaging appearance, workshop layout, food safety standards, and future expansion plans. Given the differing characteristics of the raw beef and cheese products, we recommended purchasing two separate packaging machines. Jeroen was satisfied with this recommendation.

After some discussion, Jeroen found the price satisfactory and paid 50% upfront. He settled the remaining 50% upon completion of the equipment production.
