The client for this collaboration is James Walker, an entrepreneur from the UK. James runs a pet service center in the UK, offering pet grooming, pet food retail, and pet boarding. His market research revealed a demand for pet washing equipment in many UK communities. This is especially true for large dog breeds, as bathing pets at home is not only time-consuming and laborious but also prone to causing bathroom clogs and cleaning difficulties. Therefore, he decided to purchase a self-service pet washing machine as a new business opportunity.
James had specific requirements for the pet washing machine: it needed to have CE certification and operate on 220V. The machine also needed to be dark blue, matching his brand’s color scheme. After receiving these requirements, the sales team held a video conference with him to discuss them.
Our design team adjusted the main color of the device to a dark blue, based on James’ brand theme colors. The device’s exterior uses the brand name “Drew’s Dog Wash Self-Serve”. After the equipment was put into use, James said, “Since the installation of the self-service pet bathing machine, our weekly customer traffic has increased by nearly 30%. Many dog owners like to use this machine because it is easy to operate and clean.”
