Pasteurization is performed at 62-65℃ for 30 minutes, or 72-75℃ for 15-30 seconds. This method requires refrigeration and has a shelf life of approximately 7 days. It is suitable for fresh milk, fresh yogurt, and fresh cheese. High-temperature instant sterilization, temperature 85-95℃, 15-30 seconds. Must be refrigerated, shelf life 7-21 days. Suitable for premium fresh milk, refrigerated yogurt, and cream. Ultra-high temperature (UHT) sterilization is performed at 135-140℃ for 3-5 seconds. Store at room temperature for 3-6 months. Suitable for room-temperature milk, yogurt suitable for long-distance transport, and plant-based milk.
