This fully automatic tabletop filling and capping machine is a new type of spout bag packaging equipment independently developed and manufactured by our company. It features bag hanging, filling, cap sorting, cap application, capping, and bag removal functions. The equipment covers a wide range of applications and efficiently fills and caps both viscous and non-viscous liquids.
Automatic Bag Hanging: The equipment uses rodless cylinders to automatically hang bags, ensuring accurate bag placement.
Quantitative Filling: The filling system uses a piston pump and pneumatic angle structure. The filling head consists of an independent cylinder. The filling volume range is 50-500ml.
Cap Feeding and Sizing: The equipment supports vibration-type automatic cap feeding, ensuring stable cap placement.
Capping: The capping system is equipped with a permanent magnet torque adjustment device. This design ensures a firm seal without damaging the nozzle.
Bag Discharge: The machine automatically discharges finished bags through a stopper and guides them into a buffer chute for easy and efficient boxing.
